Ok so today is my first day on blog and I want to give rough idea of how my morning and afternoon have went so far (will try and update this evening with the rest of my day).
I woke up at 1015 with my alarm going off having felt I hadn't slept well at all. I couldn't move as was in pain so after taking my painkillers I went onto my little group chat that we set up with a few others that are following the Flylady plan.
The ladies there are 5 hours behind me but usually up so early that they are online and get me moving when I can. I got up and started my morning routine (Will put down below) and made a list of what I wanted to get done today (will list as well).
I had 9 things at the top of my list that I wanted to get done now that I was up and dressed. So I set me random number generator to select the order I was going to get these done. One of my fellow Flybabies on the chat agreed to do the game with me. I gave us 10 minutes for each task and called the numbers during this calling breaks so that we could rest.
During my breaks I have downloaded MyFitnessPal app so that I can start watching my calories and nutritional information as well as See How You eat. I cope so much better with pictures.
With the game done there is few things left out. Not much but with only 10 minutes today on the task they were a bit rushed. So I put things in my room back in order. With the game a lot of my afternoon routine was done too (will put below) but I recently added my cross stitch into it as I haven't been getting much craft time with being focused on myself and the house.
I managed a whole hour and have cleared it away for a little pamper time setting this up today. This is a bit of ramble as haven't thought how to structure it yet but I didn't want to wait. One Flylady sentiment coming back to me of why wait? Do it now!
